Top notch!
Top notch!
"Dad Battle" taken a bit too literally.
You really made everything on your own? Both the models and animations? This is seriously incredible stuff!
Thank you very much! Yes, animations and almost all models are made by me. There are few props that I took from ue marketplace that were for free - like those pipes behind a broken wall in the last scene.
I usually do long reviews about everything I liked, but I'm at a loss for words on this one. I've been sitting here for the past 15 minutes after watching this, trying to comprehend everything that went into this movie and failing miserably. That's how much of an impact it had on me.
This is legendary, that's all I'll say on it.
As with all the episodes set in hell, this is a mindscrew, but that doesn't make it any less good!
There's a part of me that still looks down on high school AUs, but this is actually far better than I expected! Great animation and some funny jokes.
And here I finally caught up. This is definitely the most over the top entry in the Madness series, enough so that I can't imagine what you would do to top it. It's also one of those animations that has so much great stuff in every scene that I can't even go over every little thing if I wanted to.
One thing I'll say, at least, is that I think the music here might be the best in the series. Big props to cheshyre for that.
Looking forward to what comes next!
While I can't say for sure, I feel like this is the one where Krinkels really figured out where the story for this series was going. Just a thought.
Anyway, my favorite of the Madness series. Best action, best look for the characters, first hints of the bigger story. Love it.
Also, way back when this first came out and I first watched it, this is where I learned the difference between a hero and a protagonist. Just a fun tidbit.
Having followed this series since my childhood, this is a strange entry to come back to. Hank struggling with basic dudes? Slapstick humor? Madness without blood and gore? Still, while it is basic by today's standards, I find it still has a kind of charm of it's own.
This has been consistently one of the most creative series on the Internet. I'm just one of many people saying that, but that doesn't make it any less true. Thank you for keeping this series going. I'm always looking forward to what comes next.
I generally keep to myself. Grew up with flash games since I was a kid. In addition to gaming, I'm also a solid writer.
