Honestly, I thought the story in the description was more fun than the game. (then again, that could be the point)

Incredibly addicting, though I have yet to get past the third loop. Just one note with your tags, since you don't keep upgrades between runs, this is a roguelike, not a roguelite.
Thought rogueLIKE was for the turn based stuff and rogueLITE was for everything else, but aight
Naturally, bad luck can make things frustrating fast. Lowering enemy health to make seduction more effective is also not intuitive at all. With that said, I still love this game's style.
Another really cool game concept from you!
EDIT: Now that I've had time to reflect on the game, I wanted to give a more serious review. The premise is really cool, and the vibe really reminds me of Loop Hero. With that said, there are definitely problems with this one.
First note about the game is that it is very snowball-y. If you're a master of spatial reasoning, you can fly through areas before enemies can catch up for you, gathering hearts and exp along the way. If you're not, or you just don't understand what to do, you can trap yourself, then get stuck fighting enemies, which makes you reload dice more, which makes more enemies spawn, and so on.
Second is that the goal is pretty obscure. The intro tells you to travel the six regions and destroy the boss, but if you blitz to the end of each area, you'll just end up looping over and over until you die. The boss is actually hidden somewhere in one of the regions, and you have to find and kill it, then find the exit portal, which is also hidden somewhere. It's easy to find them if you know what to look for, but it's not obvious how it actually works.
Basically, this game kinda falls apart if you don't understand how it works, and there isn't really anything to help you figure it out. It's a fun puzzler if you figure it out, though.
Somehow I didn't see the tip about using the right click to draw in the nearest dice. I still made it to wave 20, though. I'd say that just shows how much fun this game is.
It's fun, but it gets kinda repetitive after a while. A couple of unique enemy types other than 'run at the player and shoot what I'm carrying' would go a long way here.
Also, for anyone playing, vampire and dynamite are absolutely essential to pick up, get stolen hand and shot upgrades after that.
I reached around 20 upgrades in one run before I got bored (also, game lags too much at that point)
Well this is addicting
I'm getting closer to the origin
Note: I played the mobile version of this. I can't play EBF5 here because flash. But I can still review the game here.
The EBF series has always been a favorite of mine, and this is the magnum opus. I would go as far as to say that this is one of the best modern RPGs straight up. Everything is bigger and better than it's ever been and every idea is fully realized. There's a ton of depth, but everything is snappy so that fights don't drag on. The story is intriguing but also not in your face, so you can experience as much or as little as you want. Anyone who thinks turn-based RPGs are slow and/or boring should play this and get an idea of how it's done.
(Currently on Night 6)
This is really good! It's authentic, with the whole style and the voices and all. Hopefully I'll have something more substantial to say once I actually complete the game.
I generally keep to myself. Grew up with flash games since I was a kid. In addition to gaming, I'm also a solid writer.
